Alex Radke

CEO/Founder, IT Support Specialist

Alex graduated from Central Michigan University in 2022 with a degree in Elementary Education, and fulfilled his student teaching at CLK Elementary while navigating the complexities of post-lockdown learning. This troubleshooting experience landed him an IT position at MTU serving the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT), Department of Treasury, and ARPA-E. He started working with the county in 2025, founded Superior Tech Wizards, and became the county’s Director of IT January of 2026. When he is not making computers work for people, he spends his time chasing the northern lights, his two cats, and the best pasty this side of the bridge.

Davi Sprague

Director of Operations, Technical Event Producer

Davi graduated from Michigan Tech in 2024 with degrees in both Engineering and Humanities, with an emphasis on technical communication. They have worked both as a freelance IT contractor and in live event production/broadcast for the past several years serving the varied technology needs of customers and clients around the Keweenaw Peninsula. They now join STW as the Director of Operations to keep the business organized, onboard new talent, and ensure that STW is providing the highest quality of service we can for our clients and customers.
